"Service" means the domain name registration service, the web hosting service, the e-mail service, and any other related services provided by

  • The Customer is responsible for providing suitable computer hardware, software and telecommunications equipment and services necessary to access and use the Service.
  • If you exceed your allocated quota of web space or bandwidth allotment, you will be charged in accordance with our price list
  • Your login account is for members in your business only. For network security purposes, third parties are not permitted unless they are an authorized reseller of our services, or an independent contractor that has received our prior authorization.
  • Please do not give out your password to any other person, and take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.
  • The Customer must immediately inform a representative if there is any reason to believe that a user name or password has or is likely to become known to someone not authorized to use it or is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorized way. We reserve the right to suspend user name and password access to the Service if at any time considers that there is or is likely to be a breach of security.
  • Although we regularly backup our servers, data stored on our servers is not guaranteed. It is recommended that you keep an independent backup of important data.
  • We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
  • When your account is closed (cancelled/terminated or hosting move), all files (including items such as web pages, Pop3 mail, and statistics) will be deleted.
  • We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
  • Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam.
  • You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your website.
  • Due to the increase in domain hijacking instances online, for security purposes all virtual hosting accounts utilizing nameservers associated with our company are to have the "Administrative" and "Technical" contacts listed as contacts of our company. The only exceptions are: a) if the host account is in care of an authorized reseller of our services, in which case only the Admin contact may be changed ; b) the Customer notifies us via voice, fax or mail, and acknowledges that if they choose to have a non-guardian protected contact listed as Administrative contact, they understand the potential risks associated.
  • If you are found to have violated any Regulation or General Conduct policy, it can result in any of the following: A warning via e-mail or phone, temporary suspension of services, permanent disconnection (termination) of service.


  • Customers are prohibited from transmitting on or through any of's services, any material that is, in our sole discretion, unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
  •'s services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution, or storage of any information, data or material in violation of law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or any other statute. We reserve the right to remove such illegal material from its servers, and/or terminate account(s) in violation.
  • The customer is responsible for keeping their billing data with up-to-date and accurate. Furnishing false data on any contract or application, including fraudulent use of credit card numbers, is grounds for immediate termination, and may subject the offender to civil or criminal liability.
  • Customers may not attempt to interfere or deny service to any user, host, or network. This includes, but is not limited to, flooding. mailbombing, or other deliberate attempts to overload or crash a host or network.
  • We are a full-service provider and all server configuration relating to this private server is requested and done through us via Support. For security reasons at no time will there be third party access.
  • Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.
  • has zero tolerance for Unsolicited Commercial Email that is in any way associated with, its clients, or any of its client's associates. Customers are prohibited from using Unsolicited Commercial Email as a means of advertising data or services hosted on, or using the network to distribute such materials. This includes, but is not limited to:
    Sending mail to users who have not specifically requested to recieve such mail; Sending, being involved in sending, or employing a third party to send mail which advertises or mentions a site hosted at to users that have not specifically requested this mail; Forging message headers to mask the originator of the message.
  • We are not liable for the content of any communications or posting, other than those made by representatives of

The Customer’s use of the Internet is solely at the Customer's risk and subject to all applicable laws, and has no responsibility for any information, software, services or other materials accessed or obtained by the Customer using the Internet.
  • We are a full-service provider and all server configuration relating to this private server is requested and done through us via Support.


  • Payment shall be made in US dollars to Tri-State Consulting. Payments are due upon the net terms stated on the invoice. Should payment in full of any invoice not be received by Tri-State Consulting within (30) days after the invoice date, Tri-State Consulting may impose a dept service charge amounting to 1.5% of the overdue balance for each month or fraction thereof the overdue amount remains unpaid. In the event that any amount remains unpaid thirty(30)days after presentation of invoice, Tri-State Consulting may discontinue, withhold, or suspend service(s) or related service(s) to customer and/or its customer(s) with or without notification. Suspended account(s) will be displayed as 'temporarily unavailable' on the internet, POP3 access may be temporarily denied, and will be reactivated within 24 hours of payment. A twenty-five ($25 USD) reactivation fee may be imposed on suspended accounts, and a valid credit card may be required to be on file to pay for future services for any suspended or terminated account.
  • Should payment in full of any invoice not be received within sixty(60) days after the invoice date, Tri-State Consulting may terminate services to customer and/or its customer(s) to whom such upaid amounts relate. At least five (5) days prior to termination, final notification will be given in the form of either phone, fax, mail, or email to the account holder. After termination, your domain will be held and inaccessible on the Internet and in some cases may be repossessed and/or sold or auctioned to pay towards the delinquent account at our discretion. Termination will include the complete removal of any and all e-mail access (POP3 or forwarding) associated with the clients domain(s), as well as all data contained within the associated account(s). Seriously delinquent accounts (over 60 days past due) may be posted to credit bureaus and/or referred to an outside collection agency.
