- Examples of When To Report Emergency Problems
- you accidentally corrupted your site or database (or a disgruntled employee
defaced your site) & no workaround is available
- you believe your site was compromised
(note: if your site has never functioned and you are trying to get it working
for the first time do not use emergency support)
- you require urgent after-hours support on weekdays between
5pm-7am
- you require urgent after-hours support on weekends between
5pm-7am
Note: If you are reading this, the server is not down. In the extremely unlikely event that the server is completely down, our network monitoring system will notify us immediately.
Please first check your ISP connections or try accessing your site from a different PC on a different internal network. If your site is still having serious challenges, use this emergency support form. Abuse of this emergency form for non-emergency purposes will result in a $120 charge per incident.
