Choice One business customers were experiencing outages when trying to connect to certain
domains/IPs. Network engineers determined the cause to be a faulty outbound router in Miami used by
their infrastructure.

In our ongoing effort to ensure our network services are provided in the latest and
most secure environment possible, we shall be upgrading hardware & conducting scheduled maintenance on the network
during off-peak hours this week. The upgrades should be transparent, in the event that
you experience any challenges please call or use our support form.
