Examples of When To Report Emergency Problems Use this form if:
- your site is down
(note: if your site has never functioned and you are trying to get it working
for the first time do not use emergency support)
- you accidentally corrupted your site or database (or a disgruntled employee
defaced your site) & no workaround is available
- you require urgent after-hours support on weekdays between 5pm-11pm
- you require urgent after-hours support on weekends between 8am-11pm
